A Letter to Remember

In advance of World Alzheimer’s Day on the 21st September 2015, we are asking you to write a ‘Letter to Remember’ to your loved one.

If you are a person living with dementia you can write a letter or a poem to your loved one. If you are a carer of a person with dementia and would like to write a letter to someone either living or who has passed away, we would love to hear from you. Letters and poems can be submitted by anyone who has been affected by dementia.

You can submit your letter via email to ASI's Communications Manager, edel.oconnell@alzheimer.ie  or to our Communications Executive, morag.oconnor@alzheimer.ie.

The letters will be published periodically here on our website and on our Facebook page. The letters will also be collated for World Alzheimer’s Day on September 21st.  You can also include a photograph of you and your loved one if you would like this published.
