Watch our video about day care

Day care, or her club as she calls it, gave her a whole new level of social interaction...and it brought back one of her greatest pleasures in life, singing. She always loved to sing. Daughter of person with dementia

We work with each person to ensure they feel comfortable and supported and their individual needs are meet as far as possible. We offer a wide range of activities including reminiscence therapy, music sessions, gentle exercises, arts and crafts and personal care.

The day care service includes a hot lunch and transport is provided by many of our centres.

How to access the Service:

People with dementia, their families and healthcare professionals can contact the day centre they are interested in.

We ask that a referral form is completed and this form requires confirmation of a diagnosis of dementia from a GP or consultant.

Contact the day care centre you are interested in to talk about the service and to send your completed referral form.
