There are a number of key points to consider when working with a service provider
Ensure the provider has experience and training in working with people with dementia. If you have a Home Care Package, you can request for a service provider who works with people with dementia.
Ask for and check references
Be clear at the beginning about what service is provided and how much it costs. Work with the provider to ensure they are clear about your needs and expectations.
