Payzone To Sponsor Annual Alzheimer’s Memory Walk
Payzone has committed to a three-year support partnership for our annual Alzheimer’s Memory Walk . The event takes place this year on September 24 across about 30 locations around the country. www.memorywalk.ie

Zurich Foundation supporting Barry Cantwell and ASI
Our Corporate Fundraising Manager, Amy Vaughan-Hameed was recently presented with a cheque at the Zurich Insurance offices by Barry and his colleague Mark Heasman FRSA, Head of Activism at the Z Zurich Foundation.
A HUGE thank you to Barry who ran The London City Marathon on 2nd October followed by the Dublin City Marathon on 30th October last year.
€60,000 was raised by Barry and the Z Zurich Foundation and will fund a new people carrier bus for our Carlow Day Care Centre – Bethany House.
Barry’s family have used the service in Carlow and wanted to give back to the service in their community – their support has been incredible!
Don’t Forget Your Salmon Campaign
For the month of June, Star Seafoods were hosting the ‘Don’t Forget Your Salmon’ event. The campaign aimed to raise awareness of the benefits of healthy eating as well as raise vital funds for people living with dementia and their families.
Star Seafoods donated €10 for every kilogram of salmon sold on their website and raised a really fantastic €3,000.
