Memory Technology Resource Rooms (MTRR) HSE, Ireland
The MTRRs are a dementia post diagnostic HSE service and are part of the dementia care pathway. They are facilitated and managed by Occupational Therapists who provide an opportunity for people to learn how non-pharmalogical interventions such as assistive technologies, cognitive rehab strategies, supportive routines and environments can support continued engagement, independence and safety.
The MTRRs are appointment only and require a referral from healthcare professional.
