  • Provide information and advice throughout your journey with dementia,
  • Help connect you with dementia supports and services,
  • Help connect you with local groups and services and,
  • Help your community to be more dementia friendly.

In 2018, the HSE carried out an evaluation of the Dementia Adviser Service –

Since late 2020, the Dementia Adviser Service, delivered by the Alzheimer Society of Ireland (ASI), has received funding through HSE Sláintecare to support the delivery of a nationwide service. ASI works in collaboration with the HSE National Dementia Service to support and develop our national Dementia Adviser Service.
