Siel Bleu holds a range of physical activity sessions which are open for people with dementia and their carers to attend. The cost per session is €5. Siel Bleu also offers one to one classes which can be held in people’s homes at a cost of €30 per session. Living Well with Dementia Project in Partnership with HSE CHO Area 6 Dublin South and Southside Partnership. This project is a continuation of the Volunteering/Social Activities component of the Genio LWwD Blackrock-Stillorgan project. Activities/Services provided include Choirs, Physical activity classes, Art Therapy, Movement to Dance and Befriending services. Referral is via a person's Public Health Nurse or Psychiatry of Old Age Dublin South.
They are currently running the following activities remotely.

The Alzheimer Society of Ireland's Gardening Programme for persons with dementia on Fridays 10-1pm. Light Breakfast and light Lunch served. Includes caring for plants in raised beds and containers, trips out to the gardens of Dublin and Wicklow, gardening quiz, slide shows and talks, seasonal crafts making gifts and decorations. Charge - 12 euro
