How to access this service?

People with dementia, their families and healthcare professionals can contact the day centre they are interested in.

We ask that a referral form is completed and this form requires confirmation of a diagnosis of dementia from a GP or consultant.

Contact the day care centre you are interested in to talk about the service and to send your completed referral form.

Home Care Services

Our home care service offers dementia specific, person centred care and our trained staff work with clients to ensure that we meet your needs.

We run support groups for families affected by dementia around Ireland.

Siel Bleu Physical Activities

Siel Bleu holds a range of physical activity sessions which are open for people with dementia and their carers to attend. The cost per session is €5. Siel Bleu also offers one to one classes which can be held in people’s homes at a cost of €30 per session. Clinical Care

Note:

The clinical care team are part of a multidisciplinary team that provides specialist mental health services to older people. They work in partnership with GP's, hospitals and other local health care and social services. Majority of clinical care services will require a referral from a GP.
